Introduction

When joining Nettshop Ltd (hereinafter called ' The Company') you agree, without limitation or qualification, to the following ('Terms & Conditions') and the laws governing the same.

Nettshop Ltd and the partnership that developed the site ('hereinafter referred to as the 'Site'), have done so to provide visitors and customers alike with an information forum which is easy to use. Visitors to the 'Site' may download any data content provided, with the express permission of 'The Company' and its customers / Users. All Customers and Users of the site have given permission for data to be viewed or downloaded by acceptance of these 'Terms & Conditions'. However, customers and visitors may not modify, transmit, and reuse any of the templates or text contained within, other than with the express permission of 'The Company'.

When visiting the 'Site' you should be aware that most of the web design you see, if not all is copyrighted and may not be used without the written permission of 'The Company'.

Accuracy of Data

'The Company' does not make any warranties or representations as to the accuracy of data supplied on the 'Site'. However, every endeavour will be made to ensure that data provided is up to date and accurate.

Responsibilities / Liabilities

When visiting the 'Site' you do so at your own risk. 'The Company' and its customers accept no responsibility, and will accept no liabilities for damages to computer equipment or any other property, resulting from the use of the 'Site'. This includes viruses when downloading data. Neither 'The Company' nor its customers accept any liabilities for indirect or punitive damages, including incidental or consequential losses.

Confidentiality

All information transmitted through the 'Site' will be treated as non-confidential and 'The Company' accepts no responsibility for mis-use by visitors to the 'Site'. 'The Company' reserves the right to use any information received through the site for its own purposes, including, but not limited to, improving its services to its customers or their clients.

Links

The Company will provide links to other sites but the aforementioned 'Terms & Conditions' will apply at all times. You may visit other sites via the links provided entirely at your own risk. 'The Company' will not permit links to web sites other than those being offered by its customers own web sites. Links will be policed and any found to be unacceptable will be removed without consultation, as well as your potential removal from the site.

Site Rules

All users of the 'Site' are restricted from submitting any data, which is libellous, slanderous, defamatory, pornographic, dangerous or false. 'The Company' accepts no responsibility for the aforementioned, including when visiting links to other sites. You need to be aware that any information posted will be visible and as such every effort should be made to protect your personal data, as 'The Company' accepts no responsibility for the information you post - this is especially important when posting information on the Vacancies4.me web site.

Loss of Information / Downtime

'The Company' will not accept any liabilities whatsoever due to loss of information on the site. If the site crashes, then every endeavour will be made to rectify the situation in the least possible time. No refunds will be given under any circumstances. However, if the site is inactive for more than five working days, then the equivalent amount of time will be afforded free of charge.

Changes to 'Terms & Conditions'.

'The Company' reserves the right to change these 'Terms & Conditions' at any time provided they are posted on the 'Site' at the earliest opportunity. Once posted the new 'Terms & Conditions' will become applicable after a period of four weeks. In the interim period the existing 'Terms & Conditions will apply.

Registration

When you register with Nettshop Ltd, you do so on the understanding that all information provided must be accurate and current. At your registration you will automatically be sent confirmation of your User Name & Password, which is unique to you or your Company, to the e- mail address you stipulate. At the time of registration you must confirm that you have read and accept the 'Terms & Conditions' and the 'Privacy Policy'. At all times, it is your responsibility to ensure you are confident that all data / information posted is acceptable for members to view.

Additional services

Nettshop Ltd will offer new or additional services from time to time and your use of those services may be subject to additional terms and conditions / rules / charges.

Misuse

Nettshop Ltd reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Member's access to the 'Site' should there be any breach of the 'Site' rules or these 'Terms & Condtions'. Any person or Company, suspended or terminated, found to be re-registering under a different name will be removed immediately without notice and no refunds will be made.

Conditions of Business

Nettshop Ltd agrees to restrict all advertising to industry specific areas of business and as such agrees to maintain the web site for the benefit of its customers and their clients.

Nettshop Ltd's obligations under this agreement will be as follows:

All clients in a selected region will be visible to potential customers whenever a page is selected / visited.

All confidential data will be stored and only used by Nettshop Ltd for the benefit of its customers. No information will be provided to any third party without the express consent of the customer, other than that which is visible on the web site.

Members of any of the Nettshop Ltd websites will be able to post job vacancies free of charge, subject to a maximum of ten vacancies at any one time. However, members wishing to use the services of Nettshop Ltd solely for the purposes of posting job vacancies may do so but will be subject to the relevant charges.

Nettshop Ltd will provide e-mail links to its clients free of charge

Nettshop Ltd will provide web page links to its customer's sites free of charge

Nettshop Ltd agrees to pass on any tenders / requests for quotations, which they feel, could be of benefit to certain suppliers

Nettshop Ltd has an on-going sales activity

Nettshop Ltd reserve the right to remove any content provided by members should they deem complaints received to be at an unacceptable level; Customers will be advised of complaints received and persistent offenders will be removed from the sites completely

Nettshop Ltd accept no liability for consequential losses suffered by customers as a result of using any Nettshop Ltd sites and / or advertisers therein

Advertisers Obligations are as follows:

The advertisers confirm that all information provided by them will be accurate and true and that any resultant claims arising due to falsification of data will be borne by them

The advertisers agree to being policed by Nettshop Ltd, resulting in removal from the site should service levels / complaints be at an unacceptable level
