Nettshop Ltd believe that protecting the privacy of their members personal information is of paramount importance and therefore this legal document sets out how Nettshop Ltd handles its members information.

Communication

Nettshop Ltd will endeavour to keep e-mail communication to a minimum.

All credit card details will be handled securely by Pay Pal and not Nettshop Ltd and we will not hold any credit card details on your / their behalf. Nettshop Ltd reserve the right to introduce other payment methods but give the assurance that any such service providers will be Nationally recognised and secure.

Company Takeover / Sale

Should Nettshop Ltd be subject to a takeover or decide to sell its assets, then the acquiring Company will have full access to all data stored on the web sites. By agreeing to this 'Privacy Policy' you are giving consent for the acquiring Company to continue operating using data that you have supplied.
